Ex Worker Sued Over Twitter

Internet company PhoneDog sued former employee Noah Kravitz saying that Kravitz's Twitter followers represented a customer list, and when he failed to relinquish the list, he misappropriated trade secrets. PhoneDog is seeking $340,000, or $2.50 per follower per month.
